Acquisition of 11 Ledererstrasse in the center of Munich
I just completed acquisition of 11 Ledererstrasse in the very center of Munich for the KING Familienverwaltung and CareVision2030 Real Estate and Design. In the coming 7 years we will build a sustainable and age-friendly facility for short- and long-term stay and living of the great boomer generation, while embracing one of the most beautiful monuments - an almost untouched cheese store from the 1830s which made it through both world wars and even the french-German war of 1870-71 - in Munich.
At CareVision we embrace age, we do not see it as an obstacle.
